Pois é veja-se o efeito que a crise já teve nas taxas de juro e no preço dos empréstimos à habitação aqui no pequeno Portugal onde nada destas coisas ruins acontecem. O que nunca acontece aqui são duas coisas: os bancos e as instituições financeiras falirem ou verem os seus lucros diminuir e o preço das casas baixar. As vítimas estão fixadas ... por decreto.
